The room was clean but the shower water pressure was horrible, and the water didn’t get hot. I had to take a cool shower by force. I will not ever stay there again unless it’s the only option.

Housekeeping for 217 was very good and honored what we had asked.. gym looked nice but didn't use.. food was good, room read clean when we got there. Didn't use daily housekeeping

Will never stay anywhere in Memphis but this place. Not one complaint. Angel, at the reception desk is a gem, the entire management staff is wonderful. I would give it 5 all stars!!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the Pastel Cottage. The listing was accurate and I felt comfortable there, which is saying a lot for me in Memphis.
