“Check in was supposed to be at 3, but staff said we didn’t have a reservation. Eventually, they found it, but then they said they didn’t have a room. Again, eventually, they said they had a room, but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. We waited until 4:30 to be given a room and the cleaning staff were still there. We had to stand outside in the heat most of this time, and I have health issues, so we decided to cool and go for a swim. I have a medical service dog that I have to take everywhere……

“It’s near to the central of the city. It’s safe and convenient to visit the small town. The host is nice and keeps contact with us and meets us upon arrival. ”

“La casa cumplio con mis espectativas, limpia y la atención de los de la caseta muy amables . Lo único malo es que los controles de los ventiladores no funcionaban. De ahí en fuera no cuento con alguna queja la verdad por el precio está excelente el lugar y la ubicación.”

“The property is on Calle Relox which close to Cathedrals, restaurants, art galleries, shopping...the location is definitely 👍. In the apartments itself we enjoyed the open layout and traditional interior design and color. Having the patio right outside was also nice. The hosts responded quickly when I reached out. The only minor drawback was the dogs and roosters in the morning but you'll get that un most places in SM. ”

“The apartment was very nice and updated. It was also extremely clean and had everything we could have needed. The peoperty manager was very quick to respond and friendly.”

“Corner accommodation, with slider door to patios was spotless. Friendly check-in. I was able to early check in, provided with shower gel, shower cap and plenty of clean fluffy towels. Close to pool/spa and guard on duty 24 hours. ”

“The place was in a truly disgusting state. My wife cleaned the floor with a broom when we got there which took an hour. There was hair and dirt. The shower mats were filled with hair too. There were ants as well in the kitchen area. The old man who greeted us was nice and friendly, but this place was in no condition for guests. We do not live anything like this at home, we live cleanly and expect the same from our stays. I have include a picture of the cleanup. That was only the stairs. There……

“The host was great with communication from before check-in till after we checked out. We loved that we had the option to hire the house cleaner to cook for us as well and she made us breakfast each morning. This property is beautiful and perfect for large groups. Its location is perfect as well because we were able to park our car in a near by garage and walk to el centro, as well as many other places. We would definitely stay here again when visiting SMA”
