汽车钥匙交给前台，提车时候给错车，说因为同样车款所以搞错了，而且不能马上找到我们的车，直到第二天早上才找到我们的车。

Hotel was amazing, we arrived early and can leave our bags at checkin. Luckily there was only 84 steps to get to the hotel lol. Room was amazing and breakfast had everything fresh.

Family stayed for 2 night, We got surprise when we arrived that my 2 kids are not include in our booking , the lady at the reception was tried to help , but manager was very very rude , she is not willing to listens to us at all !!, i ask her couple time if she can listen to me, but refused and the only thing she said either to pay compensation or just walk away I'm not listen to you !!, the reception lady said we tried to communicated with you but we didn't get response from you via WhatsApp, some how they didn't get my reply, but she was able to see that i did reply on my phone , gave them details when we arriving and we don't have a car . So some how was miss communication but Manager will never listen to Customer at all which is very Rude .I'm not recommending this hotel due to Manager rudeness.

Gorgeous town, great views but hotel is a bit tired. I’ve not seen blankets on a bed for a long time. Pillows and mattress need an upgrade. View from room was lovely but bathroom was so noisy - sounded like water running through pipes all night. Atrani is a wonderful place to stay though and would recommend over Amalfi.

This is our favorite hotel! We stayed here in 2012 and the manager gave us $200 to use until we could get to a bank the next day. My husband’s wallet had been stolen on the bus from Rome. We were determined to return to the hotel with such fabulous employees. Carlos helped us many times, what a gentleman!The room and view were exceptional!

Front office Staff: Carlos the Valet person great. Breakfast: Ladies are very friendly and provided great service. Item selection and freshness Excellent. Bathroom: Shower drain didn't have cover so bathroom smelled all the time. Hair dryer coil heating up but blower fan didn't work. Toilet kept running water after use. Had to push lever hard to stop. We loved our stay here at the hotel! The staff were so friendly and helped us with any questions or demands we needed. It’s also a short walk to Amalfi so it’s the perfect place to stay if you are looking for something quiet and relaxing. And the view of the ocean was incredible!

Staff (Carlo, Alexandra, Emilia and Katia) were lovely. Location was safe and quiet, yet walkable to Amalfi city. Could improve the room cleanliness as not cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis.

The hotel was very nice, our room was absolutely beautiful and the view was amazing. Water did back up in the shower though. Grateful for the cleaning staff who cleaned the room everyday. The front desk staff was very nice as well. Only thing we really did not like was one of the staff members took more tip than we had wanted to give. We told him to take €5 and he took €10 which was fine and we didn’t say anything because we appreciated his help, as it is a long way up. For checkout though he brought our bags down with out us requesting his help, then when at the bottom he did not let us leave until we gave him money. That made us uncomfortable. We did not have change and were in a rush and we had to wait for him to get change. I think it was inappropriate to beg for money, especially considering we gave him €10 to begin with, and it was just all around unprofessional.

Everyone was so helpful and accommodating even though it was a last minute booking since our other Hotel refuse us check in because the ferry was 10 minutes late.

Overall good experience. However plumbing in room - both the tubs and showers need maintenance. Continuous backups and poor drainage. Constant smell of sewage coming from pipes. Kitchen and dining staff are wonderful. Lovely ladies that work very hard.

Definitely was not a 4 star hotel. My room was damp the entire time there. Bed was firm and finding the hotel initially was very difficult. Trying to communicate with the staff about how to access the property turned into them sending me responses in caps lock. Not a great start to the trip.

Carlos was absolutely amazing! He worked so hard and carried all of our luggage up the 85 steps to our place with a smile. His help made such a big difference after a long day of traveling. Truly grateful for his effort and kindness!

Carlo et tout le personnel sont incroyable, nous avons été choyer tout au long de notre séjour. La vu paradisiaque avec feu d’artifice et surtout leurs incroyable dévotion pour leur clients. The place is very quiet and beautiful , you can walk into Amalfi Center ,The around to the hotel is beautiful and is to menu restaurant, The hotel have very good location and easy to find but also I recommend the taxi service they have from airport to the hotel there’s going to be someone waiting for you in the airport

Upon arrival there was no staff available to assist with our luggage and we had to carry everything upstairs ourselves During our stay the room was only cleaned once and that was after we specifically requested it Basic amenities were also lacking, We never received the complimentary water that was supposed to be provided and we had to repeatedly ask just to get tea bags Overall the lack of attentiveness and poor service made the stay far less enjoyable than it should have been I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their hospitality standards going forward.

AMAZING!!! We are so in love with this place, the staff are amazing and friendly and more than accomodating, Carlos took good care of us the entire time and i cannot recommend Diana up on the solaris enough she was the sweetest, great food great drinks STUNNING views. Do your research theres obviously going to be stairs, but they are well worth it (i think i counted 60 stairs) haha The breakfast included is amazing! All of the staff here are just the best, i didnt get everyones names but thank you 💗 We well enjoyed our stay and will be back for more! - Ashley & Kraig - visiting from Canada 2025
