「I requested a first floor room due to my mobility at reservation and was denied at the desk.
“You want the second floor, it has been remodeled and we have an elevator”
The elevator was super rickety and 100 degrees along with the hallways.
The room was poorly remodeled. The doors were old and scratched up. There were ash burns in our comforter and the edge of the tub.
Breakfast was an absolute joke. Bagels, bread and cereal. We checked out as fast as we could and got McDonalds instead.」

「My experience at Motel 6 was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean when we arrived — there was a bad smell, stains on the sheets, and the bathroom looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a long time. The overall condition of the motel felt run-down and poorly maintained.
The customer service was also frustrating. Staff members were not very helpful when we brought up our concerns, and it felt like they did not care about making our stay comfortable. Overall the experience did...
