“Very difficult to find the property and difficult access;”

“A dream of a villa. We had an amazing time. The views are staggering. Out across the sea, for miles and miles, all framed by the Peloponnese and Methana. The house is perfect. Stylish without being precious, and very well-equipped and usable. The pool and outdoor dining area are wonderful and it's a joy to be able to trundle down the steps to the near-private beach below. The photos absolutely do not do it justice; and Christopher, the owner, couldn't have been nicer. Communicative, helpful……

“Diese Villa oben auf dem Hügel hat einen wunderschönen Rundumblick. Vom Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang viel Licht im Haus. Viele hübsche und liebevoll gestaltete Balkone und Terrassen. Sehr ruhige Lage und doch nahe an verschiedenen Stränden. Grosszügige Zimmer, Wohnräume und Küche sowie Bäder. Einfach herrlich!”

“From start to finish, this was perfect. The communication was brilliant. Alex from Blue Window Holidays was great with the initial booking and information and then Kostadis (the owner) continued the perfect communication. Kostadis met us at the Villa at the exact time we agreed and showed us around so we knew where everything was. We also send special thank to his mother for cooking a lovely welcome meal for our arrival - perfect when we hadn't had time to get any food in, and also a lovely……

“It’s okay … if you don’t mind rustic. Staying at Alex's traditional summerhouse is more like camping out than staying at your usual holiday rental. Some things to consider: 1. The walk up the hill is no picnic and not suitable for those with any kind of mobility issues. If you stay here, hire a donkey to carry your luggage up. And remember: Every time you go down into town you’ll need to tackle that hill again to return to the summerhouse. 2. It’s not a true two-bedroom. One of the “bedrooms”……

“Amazing rental in the heart of everything. Really loved staying in a piece of history. We enjoyed dining out and dining in the villa with a special made meal that was offered by the host. Sitting in the courtyard with my coffee in the morning was so peaceful. Truly a special and magical stay. If you are traveling with someone with mobility issues, I would reconsider this stay as it has many stairs.”

“First class villa in a very noisy area at night. The road beside the villa leads to the beach road and the best restaurant in town so a lot of traffic late into the evening. Okay if you can close your windows and turn on the AC but it was shut down for the winter season and management wouldn't turn it on so a couple of bad sleeps. ”
