The Space:
The guesthouse's snug size and modern amenities provide a homely feel. The space is very comfortable for 1 guest, but can accomodate 2 in a cosy, studio style set-up. It allows privacy and quietness while still being in the heart of Onehunga, maximising the location’s good bus and rail connectivity.

The unit itself lies behind our home (a 100+ year old railway workers cottage) and can be accessed by a separate entry off the side street. On-street parking is available if required.
The guesthouse is a newer addition (originally built in the 90s), and has recently undergone a renovation. Set up in a studio format with open plan living and bedroom, the guesthouse is accessed separately off a side street, through a shared courtyard (with us in the main house), and is set up in an open plan, studio style arrangement (with one double bed, pillows, blankets and linen provided).
The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hot plate, microwave, mini fridge, kettle and cooking pans and utensils. We also provide tea & coffee.
The guesthouse is also equipped with Netflix, YouTube and Wi-Fi access.
Guest Access:
Guest access is completely separate (accessed off the side street), so please feel free to come and go as you please.
There is a shared courtyard which connects back to the main house.
Off street parking is available on the Main Street only - please avoid parking on the side street as it may obstruct neighbours access to their cars.
Other Things to Note:
We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
City Tax may applicable for this property. This tax is not included in the booking price and will be collected directly from you Before arrival.
