Our stay at the emerald inn was perfect for our short visit. Although there was an initial mix up with the room request, the staff went above and beyond to rectify this. The rooms were clean, tidy, and warm. Great location for a show and dinner in Takapuna.

This was our second stay at the Emerald Inn. We stayed last year and liked it so much that we booked again for December, but in the meantime needed a last-minute trip and decided to try them again — glad we were able to get a room. It didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable. A little kitchenette is a great bonus even though we didn’t use it, and having a coffee press in the room was a huge plus. Free laundry facilities on-site with flexible hours were also a big bonus. The location is fantastic — an easy walk to Takapuna Beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. Looking forward to our December stay!
