The amenities like toilet paper rolls, rubbish bags, dishwasher/laundry capsules… were provided as a welcome package. After using all of them, the guests need to buy some more by themselves depending on their usage. We appreciate your understanding!
The apartment comes with one free parking space on site, in the basement garage. We will provide photo instructions to help you find the parking location. Due to the limited width of the parking space, we suggest that only small—to medium-sized cars fit.
If your car can not fit in our free parking space, here are some other parking options you can have a look:
1. Wilson Parking – 201 Hobson Street
• Location: Adjacent to your building.
• Rates: Casual parking from $4.00.
• Hours: Open daily from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Payment: Accepts credit cards and ParkMate app payments.
• Note: Only park in bays labeled ParkMate.
2. Auckland Transport (AT) On-Street Parking
• Orange Zone: $4.50 per hour for the first two hours, then $7.50 per additional hour on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Note: Paid parking has been extended to Sundays and public holidays in the Green and Orange Zones from July 1, 2024.
