This apartment is self check-in, and the key will be available for pick up from 2:30 pm, with a check-out time promptly at 10:00 am.

**IMPORTANT**

On Monday 5th May 2025 contractors will commence the above preventative maintenance work which is scheduled to be completed by Friday 6th June 2025.

To enable the contractors to undertake this work the balconies will need to be clear of all furniture, pot plants, washing and airing racks etc.

Scaffolding and Monoflex cover will be erected around the building with access to the balconies via the secure hatch above ground level. The contractors will not need to access the apartment through your balcony sliding doors.

Strict non-smoking and NO PARTY, NO NOISE policy in place. Violators will be swiftly addressed, requiring immediate compliance with the House Rules. Evidence of smoking, partying, or excessive noise may result in cancellation, cessation of your stay without refund, and additional charges up to $1000. A fine of $500 to $1000 will be strictly implemented for any noise complaints.
