Room was great, staff were friendly & helpful.
What stood out was Chef Parmila at the breakfast buffet!!
She was greeting people, barista & cooking the Buffet!! She was so friendly & busy. Her scrambled eggs reminded me of my Mums!! They were the best I have eaten anywhere in ages!! Owners & Management Chef Parmila deserves your appreciation, a raise & help!! A chef has enough work without covering 3 different responsibilities!!
Bed was very comfortable, shower was powerful (but did flood). The staff couldnt be more helpful and friendly and situation was excellent for centre.

The room was really good, the aircon made weird noises even though it wasn't on. The bed was hard so we woke up with a stiff back and when we went to check out there was only one person on the desk who went off to help a customer so there were a few of us at the desk waiting to check in/ check out

The Aircon was great. The location was even better.
Very friendly helpful staff. Fridge wasn't working on arrival however replaced within the hour. Towels small, no extras, not great if you are a bigger person. Very comfy large bed...all in all great value for money and very convenient, supermarket and pharmacy next door. Great 2nd stay at the Edit. I will be back. 😊
I stayed in room 1209. The staff were very lovely and welcoming. They helped me when I was having a bit of a panic when trying to find the hotel. Then I ended up forgetting what carpark I left the car in so a lovely man who had been working at your hotel for 3 years, wearing glasses who came over from Nepal for work walked me around and helped me locate my car! The room was spotless, well set up and the facilities you had to offer were great. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone wanting a place to stay in Auckland. The staff would always say hello when I walked through the main floor, the cleaners were kind and everyone was so helpful if I needed to ask any questions. Thankyou for the privilege of staying at the hotel, and I hope to stay again sometime in the future!

The room was excellent but the shower water pressure was low making having shower difficult. Location was great and staff was helpful. Requested for tea bags and towels but that was not followed through. Staff need to adhere to customer request and follow through. I will continue to stay at Edit hotel.
