With sweeping ocean views and generous indoor–outdoor living, The Cove at Little O is a relaxed, sun-filled home made for easy days with family or friends. Set just moments from the beach and close to cafés, restaurants, and Waiheke’s most iconic vineyards, it’s a comfortable, central base with plenty of room to unwind.



The Space:

The Cove at Little O is designed for simple, comfortable island living. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area forms the heart of the home, opening through wide bi-fold windows to the sea breeze and greenery outside. A window seat looks directly toward the water, the perfect place to settle in with a glass of Waiheke wine or a morning coffee.



The large deck sits just off the living area and is set up for long afternoons outdoors, with loungers, outdoor seating, and a BBQ for easy meals at home. It’s an inviting spot for sunset watching or gathering after a day at the beach.



Inside, three comfortable bedrooms provide sleeping for up to six guests, each with plenty of natural light. There are two and a half bathrooms, keeping stays easy for families or small groups. A small rumpus room with a TV, books, puzzles, and games gives kids their own space to relax.

This property is unsuitable for children under two.

Guests have full, private access to the home, deck, and outdoor areas. Parking is available onsite

Little Oneroa is one of the island’s most loved spots, a sheltered, family-friendly beach with a playground, gentle swimming, a local fish-and-chip shop, and a popular pizza caravan. From The Cove, you can walk to the beach, wander into Oneroa Village, or explore the coastal tracks that link the bays.

• Oneroa Village cafés & eateries — Island Coffee, Wai Kitchen, Fenice, Vino Vino

• Little Oneroa Beach — golden sand, calm swimming, playground, pizza cart

• Oneroa shops — boutique stores, galleries, ice-cream, wine bars

• Groceries & essentials — Countdown supermarket and local convenience stores



You’re centrally placed, close to beaches, coastal walkways, restaurants, and everything needed for an easy Waiheke stay.



Getting Around:

There is easy parking at the property for guests who bring a vehicle.

Buses run frequently from Little Oneroa and Oneroa Village, connecting to all major wineries including The Heke, then continuing through to the ferry at Matiatia.

Taxis and rideshares are available but can be limited during peak times



Other Things to Note:

The property operates on rainwater tanks, so guests must be mindful of water use, particularly in summer.

Minimum night requirements apply year-round (7 nights mid-December to mid-January, 3 nights on holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times).

The property is unsuitable for children under two.

Our Stay Waiheke team is available seven days a week from 8:30am to 5pm.
