The Palms on Waiheke Island is beautifully presented and well equipped for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Situated a few minutes walk from Sandy Bay and Enclosure Bay beaches, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property offers all the comforts of home and plenty of room to spread out with family and friends.
Pack up the boogie boards (kayaks already here) and escape to The Palms for a memorable seaside holiday.

The Space:
The open plan living, kitchen and dining area are light and bright, offer fantastic sea views and open up the house to spacious decks with outdoor seating and BBQ area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with room for a few chefs and the lounge offers plenty of seating, an assortment of games and books and a TV with DVD player.
The bedrooms are spread out over two levels with two of the three bedrooms opening to private decks.

Bed configuration: Master bedroom - king bed, Bedroom 2 - king bed and king single, Bedroom 3 - queen bed and king single.

Please note: A $240 clean fee applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum Stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights rest of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

The Neighborhood:
The Palms is centrally located in the Palm Beach area and is in close proximity to a number of Waiheke's well know vineyards and restaurants including Stonyridge, Te Motu, Miro/Casita Miro, Te Whau, Peacock Sky, Mudbrick and Cable Bay as well as the iconic Saturday farmers market, Countdown supermarket, Waiheke's new EcoZip line and other lovely local cafes. The main village of Oneroa and both ferries servicing the island are within a 10 minute drive.
