Perfect for beach vacation

Antonio was a wonderful host who went out his way to ensure we had the perfect vacation at this well equipped summer home. The beach is spectacular and the one local restaurant we visited— right on the beach — was terrific. We had a great time and would recommend this place to any family looking for a safe vacation in a gorgeous setting.

Casa summer is a well located property in a secured seaside area. It has a direct access to the beach offering a nice view on the Etna. The household equipment is basic but complete. Antonio was very nice with small attentions on arrival which were very appreciated after a long trip. We enjoyed our stay at casa summer. Although it was April, it felt like a true summer vacation.

Top Ferienhaus direkt am Meer

Wir haben jede Minute unseres Aufenthaltes genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet, tolle Küche und Grillstelle. Das Beste ist der direkte Zugang zum Meer. Tor auf, zehn Schritte und ab in die Fluten. Der feine Sandstrand ist sehr schon. Unter der Woche sind wenige Menschen am Strand, sodass dieser fast zu einem Privatstrand wird.

Leben am Strand

Es ist nach wie vor ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art. Du kommst aus der Wohnküche in den Garten und schaust auf gefühlte 3 Klimazonen. 1. Zone: Eine Terrasse, die auf Grund ihrer Größe sowohl sonnige, als auch schattige Plätze einschließlich Grillstation bietet. 2. Zone: Ein fantasievoll gestalteter Garten. Auch hier - diesmal im Grünen - sonnige und baumschattige Plätze zum Verweilen. 3. Zone: Ein Schritt aus dem Garten und du stehst auf dem Strand. Ein paar weitere Schritte und du kannst dich im Wasser erfrischen. Besser gehts kaum!!

Magnifique cadre et accueil parfait

Superbe semaine pour découvrir l’Est de la Sicile en famille. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil avant et pendant notre séjour d’Antonio aux petits soins. Très attentionné pour que tout se passe bien jusqu’à nous faire nos courses d’arrivée très appréciables! Avec en plus un petit coin pour les produits locaux à découvrir lors de notre séjour. La maison est parfaite avec la vue imprenable sur la plage de sable complètement déserte. Les enfants ont adoré jouer dans ce cadre sauvage avec vue sur l’Etna! La maison est décorée avec soin avec tout le nécessaire notamment lorsque l’on voyage en avion. Merci pour l’accueil chaleureux et parfait. Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine grâce à Antonio et sa casasummer! La région est magnifique en plus avec des sites extraordinaires.

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am Strand mit toller Terrasse

Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand und ist komplett ausgestattet. Einfach auspacken und wie zu Hause fühlen. Die grüne Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Es verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zu einem großen und breiten Sandstrand von wo aus man einen wunderbren Blick auf den Ätna hat. Antonio ist ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und es gibt kein Problem welches er nicht lösen kann. Sein ruhiges und sympatisches Auftreten lassen Hektik und Streß nie aufkommen "Calma, calma" ;-) Ein perfekter Entspnnungsurlaub in einem wunderschönem Haus mit einem tollen Gastgeber. Schönes Haus direkt am Strand. Antonio ist ein super Gastgeber .er hat sich immer erkundigt , ob es uns gut geht und wir eventuell irgendetwas brauchen. Auto ist unerlässlich, da das Haus abgelegen liegt. Wer Entspannung sucht und Ruhe , ist hier gut aufgehoben . Lieben Dank nochmal an Antonio für die tolle Betreuung!

Top Lage und schönes gemütliches Haus 🏡

Wir haben die Zeit in Casa Summer sehr genossen und können das Urlaubshaus mit direktem feinen Sandstrand weiterempfehlen. Am Morgen wird man von Echsen auf der Terrasse begrüßt. Bei warmen Tagen sorgt der Deckenventilator über Nacht für eine leichte Abkühlung. In direkter Nähe gibt es keine Restaurants oder keine direkten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, weshalb ein Auto ein Muss ist. Eine Parkmöglichkeit ist gegeben und groß genug für Vans wie Sharan/S-Max, aber bei größeren Autos wird das Einparken schwierig. Am Morgen war die See meistens glasklar und ruhig und am Nachmittag herrschte in der Regel etwas Wellengang. Leider wird bei windigen Tagen oft viel Müll angespült, was weniger schön ist, doch ein generelles Problem im südlichen Raum Italiens. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist für Ausflüge im Osten Siziliens ideal. Catania, der Ätna, Taormino oder Syrakus sind problemlos erreichbar. Antonio war ein sehr netter Gastgeber und sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Wir werden uns sehr gerne an den Urlaub in Casa Summer zurück erinnern. Danke an Maria und Antonio 😊

Vacances famille

Séjour très agréable avec une situation géographique stratégiquement idéale. Cependant, les premiers supermarchés sont à 15 min (avantages et inconvénients) et le manque de clim ou de ventilation efficace quand il fait très chaud ( 40° ) se révèle un peu compliqué à gérer. Sinon, la maison est très fonctionnelle et conforme à l'annonce, Antonio est charmant et arrangeant, le cadre superbe !

Toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus hat einen direkten Zugang zum Meer - insbesondere für die Kinder war das perfekt! Das Haus ist in einem perfekten Zustand, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Da wir am Sonntag angereist sind, hatte Antonio uns sogar ein paar Lebensmittel organisiert - so konnten wir bereits den ersten Tag in vollen Zügen geniessen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es mit bis zu 34 Grad recht heiss. Auch ohne Klimaanlage, mit Ventilatoren und geschicktem Lüften war es erträglich. Die Highlights des Hauses zusammengefasst: Strand vor der Haustür, privater Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück (unser Fiat Panda hatte mehr als genügend Platz), Terrasse um gemütlich zu Mittag- oder Abendessen, vollständig ausgestattetes Haus mit zwei Bädern. Die Umgebung ist für Liebhaber von Geschichte & Kultur ein Leckerbissen. Innerhalb von etwa einer Fahrstunde sind sehr viele sehenswerte Orte wie Syrakus, Noto, Catania, Taormina, Ragusa uvm. erreichbar. Herzlichen Dank an Antonio - alles war perfekt organisiert! Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

La maison d’une propreté impeccable a tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour sans soucis. Min punt aan het geheel is het aanwezig meubilair, dit is nodig aan vervanging toe en moet voldoende zitplaatsen bieden in de huskamervoor 6 personen wat er nu echt niet is of je moet de tuinstoelen binnenhalen. Wij waren er in maart2019 koude avonden en dan wil je gezellig comfortabel bij de prachtige haard kunnen zitten dat ging nu wat lastig. Voor de rest; een aanrader.

Perfekte Entspannung

Im ehemaligen Privathaus von Antonio fühlt man sich von der ersten Sekunde an wohl. Alles, was an dieser Stelle bereits gelobt wurde (toller Gastgeber, gut ausgestattetes Haus, Nähe zum Strand) trifft zu 100 Prozent zu. Zwei Hinweise: Die Deckenventilatoren und das mobile Gerät vor Ort haben auch der August-Hitze getrotzt und reichen für die Nacht völlig aus. Und da es sich um ein reines Wohngebiet handelt, ist ein abendlicher Bummel nur am Strand möglich. Für einen Bar- oder Restaurantbesuch ist ein Auto zwingend erforderlich. Unter dem Strich aber der richtige Ort für perfekte Entspannung,

Absolument génial !

Nous avons passé passé ma famille et moi (3 enfants - 2 adultes) 15 jours absolument parfaits dans la location d'Antonio. La maison est tout simplement magnifique. Je loue souvent des maisons pour les vacances mais c'est un véritable coup de cœur. L'accès direct à la plage est un luxe. La plage est belle, propre, familiale, le matin souvent calme et l'après-midi, il y a des vagues, histoire de plaire à tout le monde. Antonio est absolument charmant, il est venu nous chercher à proximité de l'aéroport, il a plein d'attentions (à notre arrivée, il y avait de quoi faire un repas, il envoie des sms pour savoir si tout va bien etc.). L'endroit est très bien situé pour les visites (Catane, Taormine, Syrracuse, Noto, Modica, ragusa sont entre 30 et 1h de route). Il est en revanche impératif de louer une voiture car il n'y a rien à proximité. Les enfants ont très envie d'y retourner, de retrouver les copains de la plage et nous aussi ! Merci encore pour votre sens de l'accueil Antonio !
