Plus près d'un vieux Campanile que d'un Ibis. Vétuste, porte de la douche qui ne se ferme pas, état des lieux insuffisant pour un hôtel Accor. Dommage, car le personnel, lui, est irréprochable.

Satisfait mais peut mieux faire

Le séjour était agréable et le service à l'écoute et très avenant. Petite amelioration à faire : les cartes magnétique bug souvent et il n'y a pas de tri sélectif pour les ordures ( sensible à cela car je bosse là dans ).

Je choisi souvent ibis par facilité. On est sur une chaîne d’hôtel donc on est certain de ce qu’on va avoir. Seulement… je reste dubitative concernant celui-ci. Pas de bouteille d’eau la chambre. En plastique, en verre ou même en carton, non rien de rien. Une fontaine à l’entrée avec des verres… donc en plein milieu de la nuit je dois descendre en pyjama me servir un verre… moyen Ma chambre était congelée quand j’y suis entrée et elle a mit une éternité à se réchauffer. Chambre classique. Sans chichi. Sans bouilloire ou échantillons de thé. Petit-déjeuner… vraiment pas fameux. Pour les amateurs du « bon petit déjeuner copieux » … passez votre chemin

Hôtel basique de la chaîne Ibis avec un entretien très moyen, notamment la douche qui avait plein de moisi. Parking à l'extérieur saturé obligé de se garer sur le parking de l'entreprise voisine. Obligé de sortir du bâtiment pour aller à la chambre et au petit-déjeuner en extérieur alors qu'il fait 0°....et pluie.... Rapport qualité prix (102€) mauvais.

Très satisfait dans l'ensemble

Très satisfait dans l'ensemble. C'est dommage qu'à ce prix là, la chaise bureau soit en plastique et qu'il n'y ai pas de plateau bouilloire/thé et café. Chambre tres confortable et propre. Le coin douche/toilette est spacieux. Le service à l'accueil est top.

L'accueil est vraiment excellent , ils faut le notifier car c'est rare d'avoir un personnel aussi professionnel , accueillant et chaleureux. L'hôtel ne jouit pas d'une façade extraordinaire mais dès que vous franchissez le seuil d'entrée , c'est un Ibis plutôt charmant avec une belle réception , des canapés confortables. Les chambres sont bien rénovées , avec une literie bien supérieure à ce qu'on rencontre souvent. Il fait parti des meilleurs Ibis que j'ai pu faire si ce n'est le meilleur 👍

Agréable séjour. Seules réserves : le conseil qui nous a été donné sur un restaurant en centre ville n’était pas terrible... D’autre part: pourquoi nous refuser un oreiller supplémentaire ? J’ai cru comprendre que c’était à cause des mesures sanitaires. Mais je ne vois pas le rapport.
