Within walking of everything on the strip. The house was clean, and there was a nice big yard with Adirondack chairs and fire pit.

the apartment was dirty, i had to go in and clean before I could shower. There was also not enough toilet paper to last longer than a day and we were there a week. we left a day early.

Great time!

We had a great time staying in Geneva on the Lake. The apartment was in a very convenient spot. It was very clean and had just about everything that you needed in it. My grandchildren loved the upstairs bedrooms. They had a great time all staying together. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely location.

Excellent rental property!

Wonderful rental. Clean, comfortable, within “spitting distance” to the strip. Only drawback was we needed to purchase a box fan to help cool downstairs bedroom. Location of small air conditioner was in a weird spot (kitchen) & didn’t adequately cool off 1st floor without it.

Fantastic Location and Comfortable Accommodations

Great location! Good size for 2 adults and 3 kids. It is definitely within walking distance of the strip, which means you will hear music at night, but not it was not overpowering. There was no remote for the DVD player, and the TV was not a smart TV-but we used other devices to watch what we wanted at night. The couch was very uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker. The location sells this property if you want a good place to park and walk.

Delightfully comfortable

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Beach Glass rentals property. The house is beautifully renovated and the apartment we stayed in was lovingly furnished and well laid out. The beds are very comfortable and the living space is open and airy. The only caution we would make is that the staircase that leads to the bedroom on the third floor is very steep. I would not recommend this for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs. The property is located in the heart of GOTL only a block off the main strip but was very quiet and peaceful - even at night. It is convenient to the places we like to frequent; Mary's Kitchen, Madsen Donuts and the GOTL park. My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation and would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Charming, clean, quiet but walking distance to the strip

We stayed in Piedmont (upstairs). We felt quite comfortable and enjoyed everything! The room A/C kept it cool all day and night. The kitchen was clean and bathroom was bright. The only odd thing was no oven or stove top-just a portable burner. Also no blender, for those enjoying frozen drinks. None of that mattered to us though as we didn’t want to cook! :) Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were pretty. No sheets are provided but there were pillows. I’ve stayed at many places where they actually provided sheets and bath towels and renters simply had to wash them and get them into the dryer upon departure. That would be a nice touch to ease the burden of hauling everything up those steps and make vacation feel just that much more relaxing. Spacious yard with octagonal table near a fire pit. The rain made the wood too wet but we still enjoyed drinking our first wines out there! The other renters seemed to enjoy the porch and table, and one morning we did the same-sipping coffee and playing games. A fun place to watch the storm roll past! Beth was super-nice even when she had to call us afterwards about a question. Overall, we can’t wait to return!

Comfortable and beautiful

Even during a bustling motorcycle gathering it was quiet and peaceful while relaxing on the property. The house itself is so pretty. I loved the front porch. The location is perfect.Everything on the strip is within walking distance. Ample parking. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean with everything you might be looking for, even a keurig. Owner Beth is so pleasant, kind and easy to deal with. We and our friends had a spanking time. We loved!!

Clean, cozy, and convenient! The best of Geneva on the lake!

This place is a true gem. Beth was quick with her responses and entering the home was super easy and secure. The location couldn't be better as it is right off the strip leaving a bit of privacy with a healthy sized yard and some big trees. Tons of parking is available and the front porch is to die for. We didn't get to enjoy it due to the Canadian soilders but as soon as those die off the next guests will get a real treat sitting out there. The place itself is clean, roomy, and kept comfortable with fans and window units. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay, Beth!

excellent vacation rental

We had a wonderful time, the condo was equipped with everything we needed. The furnishings were cozy and comfortable. We missed the condo beach custodian this visit, last time we visited he cleaned and organized the beach every morning. You also might want to replace the shower curtain in the hall bath. We would definitely return and enjoy the views of Lovely Lake Erie Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo..

Beautiful, clean and quiet.

I got it right! My wife and I were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and I wanted an attractive place. My wife loved it. Everything is new and clean. We were exploring Geneva on the Lake for the first time and didn't get everything done we wanted to do. Much to pick from and a State Park that adds even more. The house has more green space than anything else there. Quiet, I never heard anything from outside the apartment. I enjoyed the big front porch, its view of the lake and talking with the other guests. When we return to Geneva on the Lake, I know where my wife will want to stay.

Awesome and quaint.

Love staying in Geneva on the Lake. Had lots of fun. Would recommend this apartment. It's only 1 block away from the main road. We walked to everything.

Absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Very clean and close to the strip yet nestled back so quiet.

What a welcoming home. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. Very spacious so you have plenty of room for multiple people. Very close to the strip yet nestled in so quite. The owner's went above and beyond to accommodate us. We have stayed at multiple properties in the area in past year's and this is the only one we will now return to.
