"I am so satisfied with my stay here. The prices are by far the best in all of the Cleveland area. The staff has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout. There are a large handful of food options within a few miles. And it’s literally right off of the highway. I would recommend this place to everybody. Thank you Willow Lodge!"

"Our first room smelled so bad. It has a cologne smell that made me so nauseous. We asked for a different room. They did not have the same type of room but were able to change to a different kind. That room was clean and fine."

"The breakfast had a good selection and was well staffed. The lady responsible for keeping the food replenished worked efficiently to keep the room stocked on a busy morning. When we arrived, our room door opened with the card, but was blocked by the safety bar. The front desk staff went up to try to unlatch the safety bar with no luck. We were quickly given another room. No maintenance effort was immediately made to open the door which seemed unusual considering there was no way of knowing if a hurt or unconscious guest could have been in the room. If I was that unconscious guest, I would hope quick efforts were made to access the room."
