"Pictures look nothing like the hotel. There was a dead bird in the lobby. The front check in attendant was nowhere to be found for 20 mins. The room smelled horrible. There was no chain on the door. There was no cable. We didn’t stay it was so bad. Left and got another hotel room. Wouldn’t refund our money. "

"The hotel was great, the room was spacious and clean. Parking was good and the breakfast good variety. Thumbs up. "

"We were a little disappointed there isn't a hot tub as listed, but otherwise it was a great stay. Big, comfortable room. AC was quiet. Bathroom was large and had nice extras. Would definitely recommend. "

"Blind in our room was broken and hotel staff had to close for us."

"Bedroom was fine - reasonably comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a different story. Hairs in the shower when we arrived so obviously had not been cleaned. Bathroom wreaked of cat pee. Hot water was barely lukewarm - goosebumps in the shower. When we addressed the water with the staff, the response was “well we are full”. Unacceptable answer. "

"In the bedroom is huge tab that hasn’t been mentioned. The doors outside are not looked and anyone could get easily inside. Our room was on the first floor, and the window wouldn’t lock at all. The place feels very unsecured, even though outside and inside there notifications that security cameras in use. BS. only very strong halogen lights from outside that wouldn’t let you fall asleep. Breakfast was suppose start at 7am. However, it was front loops only available, until long after 8am they cooked some good. Coffee terrible. Do, we left without breakfast."
