「Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消，但我們已經去到了，便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適，房間只有一個USB插頭充電。洗手間廁紙有待改善，是薄紙張不吸水的。吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水，早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。整體來說十分滿分有八分」

「We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We had a lovely breakfast delivered to our door every morning and a Nespresso machine with infinite pods right in our room along with a selection of teas and an electric kettle. 「The staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all hours of the day and night, even when we were checking out at three in the morning for our early flight. (They offered to book our taxi, too, without me even having to ask.) The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish. Absolutely no complaints.」

「Very convenient 」

「I tend to stay at Holiday Inns because they are consistent and I like the room set up. The staff here were real friendly and they offer breakfast as early as 3:00 am. My only 2 complaints: the dark drapes didn't seem to work. I think they were just for show. There was a bright streetlight just outside my window that was annoying. The tile flooring looked good, but for some reason, it was slippery to the point of being dangerous. I had never encountered that in other Holiday Inns.」

"一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望."
