“Perfect house for two large families. Close walking distance to town and to the beach. House was well stocked but could have been a little more organized. Downstairs had another living room which was great if you had family that needed to work. We utilized the small table and set up a computer monitor there. Nice back yard where we set up games. The pricing is clearly both for location and time of year, as well as use of pool. In terms of the actual facilities they are average. Ex: neither bedroom even has closet doors. But she has a tough property to manage -- it is a corporate owned property, very sparsely outfitted (i.e., no coffee grinder) and had just been rented by a group of partiers the week before.
