"The little house was great for the price. Could be improved by air conditioning. It is very warm in bedrooms and as it was raining could not let in fresh air. One let down…the bedding was dreadful. "4 días antes de salir, recibo un mensaje del dueño, al que todavía no hemos visto, diciendo que le ha fallado el servicio de limpieza y que si podíamos limpiarla nosotros por 95 € (dinero que me ha costado varios correos y 2 semanas recibir). Lo cierto es que cuando llegamos, la casa estaba deficientemente limpiada, por lo que nos quedó la sensación de que es una práctica habitual. Casa poco preparada para el verano, mucho calor y ni siquiera un ventilador. Instalaciones obsoletas y espacios...

"Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. The apartment was big including the rooms. "

"Nous avons vraiment profité d'une météo exceptionnelle pour la saison avec accès aux rando et même une journée sur les "planches". Cette région nous a beaucoup plu avec toutes sortes d'activités, le tout dans un écrin de verdure et de calme, permettant le repos et la découverte. Le logement, idéalement situé nous a permis de visiter à pieds et sans trop besoin de véhicule. Nous recommandons cette résidence, "classieuse" et vraiment très calme. Une semaine idéale donc ! "

"Staff lovely could not do enough for you very clean hotel food was good not a huge choice but good quality drink's very good and cheap £4.86 for 2 large san Miguel on draft spa very good gym looked good outside excellent little local bar also very cheap and packed in evenings room was very clean but smelly slightly of damp but great size for triple room 2 beds and two excellent bathrooms and if facing side street very close to opposite balcony’s noisy youngsters at 5am not hotels fault I would recommend and stay here again opt for pool view "

"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. After reaching the hotel, we arrived only to find out our room had been given away. No notice, no explanation, and no effort to make things right. There is no person attending the “reception desk” – this is not a hotel. To make matters worse, when we tried to call the company’s central reservations line, they said that they "don’t speak English” and hung up on us. Unacceptable behavior from any hospitality provider, let alone in the tourism industry. This experience was not only a major disruption to our trip, but also a glaring example of how not to treat guests. We strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this property or company. There are better options for real hotels directly across the street."

"The hotel is located on a side road in a modest size village. Very little traffic passes so it's not likely to attract passing trade but does mean it's very quiet with no vehicle noise in the rooms. The staff speak good English so communication isn't a problem. The room has a balcony with views of the mountains in the distance. Breakfast costs extra but is of high quality. The only issue is the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty but the shower gel provided an alternative."
