I was surprised after booking on Expedia to get a request for a damage deposit before I arrived. There was no mention on Expedia but the message conveyed there was. The property was fine, not fancy. Would benefit to have better or more bed pillows. The shower almost needed a wrench to open the taps. Shower head is not positioned properly making it necessary to hold the shower to rinse off. You cannot get the shower to stop dripping without using force to tighten taps again. Overall, the place was close to the city centre and had parking for us. It was clean, just needing some care.

Breakfast was a joke! Only coffee, bread and marmalade. No cheese or ham, egg, what else! Marmalade and honey! To less for 9,- for each person! Very hot flat! But the price for over night was ok!

I liked that this property had laundry facilities--so important on a 3 week trip. Staff (Matthew) was so very wonderful--a pleasure to work with. Rooms clean, working elevators, nice restaurant a block away (Mia Napoli I think). Staff said a grocery store nearby, but I didn't need it. Downside is major--no air conditioning! Avignon is crazy hot, even in May. Over 90 degrees. You are forced to leave the balcony door open, but neighbors make noise keeping you up. No excuse for not having air conditioning in 2022 in hot locales.

A Human Oven!

I only have one complaint about my stay, however it's major! The temperature during my stay was almost 40 degrees outside and there was no A/C in the accommodation, only a tower fan. On arrival, the sun was streaming through the window, the room felt hotter than the outside temperature. Staff had not even closed the window drapes to try and prevent this. Even during my stay, with the drapes closed, I was having frequent cold showers to cool myself but 5 minutes later would be pouring in sweat. It was torturous and made me feel ill. I wouldn't have a problem staying here in other seasons but would strongly urge anyone to give this place a swerve in summer.

Do not book!

The area does not feel safe. Although it is on hotels.com, it does not have a 24 hour front desk. The check-in time is 3pm - 7pm. The place does not provide an alternative check-in method unless arranged before hand. We were traveling during the day without connectivity and were not able to receive their email. When we arrived in the evening, we had no way to check-in, and had to book a different hotel in the mid of the night. Afterwards, they refused to refund even we did not stay at the property.

Très bon accueil. Place de parcking dans la résidence. Appartement propre et spacieux. Il y a des ventilateurs mais ils ne sont pas suffisant lors de brosses chaleurs. La nuit nous devions dormir les fenêtres ouvertes pour avoir un minimum de fraîcheur mais pas suffisamment et comme nous étions côté rue et nous entendions toute la nuit la vie du quartier. Une climatisation permettrait de résoudre les soucis de chaleur et de nuisance nocturne de la rue car les fenêtres fermées nous n'entendions rien. Dans l'ensemble je recommande cette location.

Chambre proche du centre (15 à 20 mns à pieds) avec parking gratuit. Calme, fonctionnelle. Personnel très gentil et arrangeant. Bonne literie. Petit- déjeuner ( juillet et août) très bien.

Personnel top en particulier Victorien qui fait le maximum pour que l’on se sente bien . Les studios sont bien entretenus et plutôt design le must ce sont ceux avec balcon situés au nord ou à l’est car les températures à Avignon en été sont particulièrement hautes et il n’y a pas de Clim !!! Que des brasseurs d’air qui ne rafraîchissent pas . C’est vraiment dommage.

Sisäänkirjautumisen liittyvä kommunikointi oli alussa vaikeaa, kun majoittaja ei vastannut viesteihin. Lopulta ei ongelmia, pääsimme helposti huoneistoon, kun saimme ohjeet. Paikalla oleva asiakaspalvelua oli erittäin ystävällinen. Keittiöön olisin kaivannut kunnollista leikkuulautaa ja kokkiveistä, samoin talouspaperi rullaa.

Séjour très mal passé pas de badge ds le coffre attente par 35 Degrés pendant deux heures et demie personne pour renseigner après 3 appel à l'assistance on nous demande d'ouvrir les autres coffres pour avoir une clé pr la chambre et on se retrouve dans une chambre avec un seul lit au lieu de deux demandés. On nous a fait grâce des frais taxe de séjour !!! Environ 4€ . désolé mais nous ne renouvellerons pas de réservation.
