Amazing family hotel

It was an amazing stay in a quiet family atmosphere. The owner was preparing delicious fresh breakfast according our wishes. We had a good glass of wine in the evening while chatting with the owner or listening her piano play. It was my best stay ever.

Charming boutique hotel in Avignon!

This was a lovely, small (5-room), boutique hotel - more like a BnB, staying at a home! Rooms were large, bedding was linen, French romantic style. Location was in the historic city center, easy walking distance to the major sights. However, the best experience was meeting Lisa, the Owner. She was full of tour suggestions and offered a delightful breakfast with Croissants, French crepes, etc. Staying at “La Demoiselle” really enhanced our overall stay for two nights in Avignon!!!

Wonderful boutique hotel. Very well restaurated even in detail. Superperb friendly owner. Nice stay. Great locattion. Close to the sights in the old town, but very quiet.

I was in Paris during the train strikes. Notified the property there may be an issue as soon as I was aware of it, 6 days in advance was told “too bad”. I tried to rent a car which was cancelled. Train was cancelled. I had no way to get to Avignon from PARIS. Continued to communicate with hotel. Told them Thursday , 2 days prior to arrival, there was nothing I could do. Again told too bad. I offered to split the two days without any argument. Again answer was no. They had the ability to rent the room. I tried everything in my power to get there but due to the strikes I could not. Customer service was terrible.

A little gem in Avignon

Very welcoming owners and beautifully renovated building. Our room was extremely cosy. Do not expect to watch CNN business news or other TV programs as there was no TV in our room. I think that this applies to the other rooms of the B&B. Instead we had a nice reading corner with lots of different books to pick from the shelves. A nice break in a classy place a stroll away from the main attractions in Avignon.

A nice hotel with excellent service

The services were great and the ladies were very helpful when we had trouble with our rented car. Its location is excellent with major tourist spots within 10 min walk and good restaurants just around the corner. It was also a joy staying in a property with more than 200 years of history.

True Gem in Avignon

Our GPS took us right to this beautiful guest house to find Elisabeth the owner on the street waiting for us. We were so lucky to find a parking spot within a block. The beautifully restored private home couldn’t have been nicer. Our room had a true king bed , upright piano and lovely clean bathroom. Lovely linens and towels and the next day we finished off with a nice breakfast. . The area was very quiet and truly a great place to stay. Enjoy
