Smooth and Professional Late Check-In

We arrived quite late, around 10:00 PM, and everything had been perfectly organized for our arrival. The hosts sent us all the access codes, parking information, and clear instructions in advance, allowing us to check in independently without any issues. The communication was professional, easy to follow, and made our arrival completely stress-free. I highly recommend this place!

Great location in Avignon. Apartment is fabulous with great bathrooms and bedrooms. Living room overlooks outdoor terrace which is amazing. Seating area along with dining area. And lovely plants! Attentive staff

We were three couples (my parents and us) and were lucky to access the apartment before the scheduled check-in time. The managers were excellent and helped us carry our luggage. The apartment was very clean, and we really enjoyed the large terrace of the Jérôme house.

Amazing

Beyond lovely - space is impeccable and so comfortable, setting is gorgeous. Excellent amount of space which would be great for a group, but also quiet and peaceful. But most of all, the hosts are incredible - so helpful and welcoming, they made our stay perfect and went above and beyond to take care of us. Big recommend.

A perfect stay in Avignon!

I spent a few incredible days at Maison Jérôme, and frankly, it was great! The apartment is super cosy, beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped, and you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. The location is ideal for making the most of Avignon, as everything is within walking distance. Special mention for the extremely warm welcome and the little touches that make all the difference. Thank you again for this great stay, I will gladly come back!

Beautiful apartment

Loved this apartment. Beautiful and well designed. Easily walkable to restaurants etc. Only slight hassle was our large car making the tight turns in Avignon to find the location, however to be fair we were away from home for a month with a lot of luggage for all of us, so not normal for most visitors. Highly recommend.

Couldn't be happier here

Beautiful, large 3 bedroom apartment, as a solo traveller I felt right at home and loved the layout and design. My favourite thing was to do yoga each morning looking at the gorgeous church. The hosts were great at communication and made sure I was comfortable and looked after. So many things to explore in the area as was hesitant about staying in Avignon but ended up loving it, such a unique place and helped to have a great space to go home to each night. Thank you!

Modern flat with amazing AC in central Avignon

The flat was in an excellent location, on a quiet street but near the bustling markets. The views were stunning. Most importantly, the flat was very clean and the AC worked amazingly — which helped as the weather was nearly 100 degrees. It was similar quality to staying in an hotel but with the amenities of an apartment. There are only stairs to the apartment, but I didn’t mind. More seating in the living room and a shade in the patio.

Maison Jérôme and hosts are amazing

What can I say about this stay other than utterly exceptional! The flat is enormous, super spacious, spotless, even bigger then the photos suggested! 3 beautiful bedrooms all with en-suite, in fact, the whole place was incredibly decorated with no expense spared. The view from the main room over Le Palais des Papes was beautiful and how lucky to have such a large outdoor area in central Avignon which has been beautifully maintained as well. The hosts were brilliant, so responsive, kind and accommodating and couldn’t do enough for you. This is 5 star hospitality - we will most definitely be returning! Thank you also to Margot & Chloe who are on hand for anything. Thank you so, so much!! Just wow!!

Great Stay with Excellent Comfort and Privacy

We booked Maison Jérôme for several days and had a very comfortable stay. The house is fully equipped, with towels, a laundry area, and each bedroom having its own bathroom and toilet, which is perfect for privacy when traveling in a group. Saida was extremely helpful, always responding quickly and efficiently to any questions we had. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome touches such as coffee and juice. We highly recommend this place!

Maison Jerome exceeded expectations! Saida provided excellent guidance to get us from the Gare to the apartment. She met us at the door and gave us a tour of the place. Saida answered all my questions before I could ask them. We only wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you!

A view that makes you forget about the stairs

Even though there’s no elevator which is understandable in this magnificent historic building it didn’t bother us at all. Once we arrived at the apartment, the view and the charm of the place immediately made us forget about the few flights of stairs we had to climb. The apartment is truly magnificent and well worth the effort!
