「The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walkable to all event centers, downtown and restaurants. We did have trouble with our key fob on the second night. But even at midnight a gentleman talk with me and got us a new one in about 10 minutes. Parking was a little stressful at first but once we got the app and figured it out all was well. We will stay here again. 」

「Great location and the apartment looked newly remodeled and great space for me and my friend. Very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Bathroom was all brand new and very nice. The location was great to get around from and around all of the downtown places. I will rent again 」

「The unit is fine. Centrally located. Street parking costs extra, but isn't charged from 11p-7a, so if you pay for parking after 11p via the app, the paid parking time doesn't start until 7am. That was a bonus. They say they are pet-friendly, but be aware that there may be extra fees charged by the property after you book and pay, separate from VRBO.」

「Impeccable arrival instructions, extremely responsive host, && fabulous walkable location!!! Feed your parking meter!! (cheaper than the garage but the meter maids will ticket you if you’re not on top of it) Be prepared for the hustle and bustle of being in the heart of downtown directly above a bar with a smooth jazz band.
