OCEANFRONT Avon — Greenwood Pl — With breathtaking views that stretch from Avon’s famous pier to the iconic sound side sunsets that can be seen from its top deck, 1 TO SEA promises both panoramas and memories that will last a lifetime. The five-bedroom/three-and-a-half-bath home is perfectly appointed to capture the essence of coastal living and is just steps from a private boardwalk stroll to the pristine beach.

This peaceful enclave offers many reminders that vacation is all about relaxing and reconnecting. There’s no better place to start than on the ground level where you can soak in the sun from a chaise lounge, the cool water of a private pool, or the soothing bubbles of a six-person hot tub. Also on the ground level are two outdoor showers for a convenient post-beach rinse-off and a fish cleaning station with water and lights — a game-changer for the avid angler.

All of the home’s bedrooms are located on the first level. Each of the two king bedrooms, one an ensuite master; a queen bedroom; a room with a double and a bunkbed; and a bedroom with a queen and a single bed, offers a private entrance to the wrap-around shaded deck and boasts its own Smart TV. For added convenience, there are two additional full baths on this level at either end of the hall.

Enter the second level great room and you’ll immediately feel a sense of place, a natural ambience balanced by the comfort of contemporary amenities. Imagine gathering with loved ones under the soaring wood-beamed ceilings, bathed in natural light.
