Great house but with some issues
Overall we were pleased with the house. There was plenty of space for all 12 of us to spread out! Location was great, house was clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately we were without a washing machine for two day and i had to make several calls/texts to get a response about fixing it. The individual who fixed it was very nice, but the communication from Surf and Sound maintance left something to be desired. We also were unable to use the hot tub for the last 3.5 days of our vacation because after it was maintanced, each time we touched the water we received an electric shock. Again i placed a call to maintance and never heard back when i was told i would. I placed two calls before someone came to look at the hot tub. We never received any information about what happened, if it was safe to use etc. When i called for an explaination and to ask if we could use it I was again told someone would return my call, and they never did. The electric shock issue continued therefore we did not use the hot tub for the remainder of our trip. I worry that the next family who rents this place will be injured by this if it is indeed an electrical issue.
Overall, wonderful house but poor communication from Surf and Sound and disappointing that we paid for amenities that we were unable to use.
