This newly remodeled home has a boat dock on the canal for the ultimate water access vacation - fishing, boating, jet skiing, kayaking, paddleboarding and wind surfing. Beach access is only one block away. You will not be disappointed with the beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset from our multi-level decks.

No one enjoys packing their entire home to go on a family vacation, which is why we've designed our home especially for families who love of the ocean and with little ones! Enjoy our private Boat dock (boat launch is one mile away) overlooking a beautiful (fishable) Canal, and one block away from the beach! Watersports? This is the place to be! Wind Surfers, Kite Boarding and paddleboarding right from our dock. We have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation with your family & friends.

1st Floor: Playroom/Bunk Bedroom sleeps 6, wall mounted smart TV. The room is stocked with a boppy, infant seat, pack & play highchair, sound machine, baby monitor, booster, bouncy seat, baby gate and safety baby bathtub. Other items included are a Train/Lego table, Stem/Magnet play, books, games, doll house + accessories, Lego wall and more. There is storage area outside which includes: Umbrellas, beach chairs, large child beach tent for naps and plenty of shade, beach toys, boogie boards, kites and a beach cart.

Master King Bedroom with a king bed, two closets (stocked with beach towels), black out curtains, a coffee maker, TV, dresser, seating area and a private balcony which overlooks the canal and has two lounge chairs, foot stool and accent table.

Jack & Jill oversized bathroom with toilet, sink, shower with an additional handheld sprayer, hairdryer and a large jet tub overlooking the canal. A complete relaxing spa like space.

Laundry Closet Storage with brand new large capacity washer and dryer. Handheld steamer and iron are also available.

2nd Floor: Boasts a grand kitchen fully equipped, all new stainless appliances, coffee/wine bar, two coffee units one pod, one Ninja for enjoying pots of coffee, lattes, cold brews, or cappuccinos and a charging station for all your devices. Lobster pots, baking, and much more for the ultimate convenience. The dining area has a large eating area which seats 6 at the table, 4 at the side pub table, and 4 at the island.

The living area has lots of seating for the family, a futon sleeper, sofa, loveseat, chairs, A large TV, games and puzzles for all ages. The side deck has seating for 3 while the canal deck has comfy seating for 6-8 with dining table for the special late afternoon sunset views.

3rd Floor Penthouse: This space is one to be seen! Large family space, vaulted ceilings, comfy seating, 65-inch TV, electric fireplace for those cozy nights, games & puzzles for all ages, chess/game table, small efficiency kitchen (no cooking) microwave only, a coffee/wine bar table seating for 4-6 a charging station and a computer workspace, side deck sits 3 with chairs and accent table and the canal deck seats 4-6 with couches and accent table.

Bonus:
4th floor loft: This space has 360-degree views of the ocean, beach, and canal. Enjoy watching the sunrise from the east side which is equipped with a sectional seating that expands to sleep 2 comfortably with storage and accent tables. On the west side we have a large day bed which converts to sleep two (twin) with seating and accent table for that perfect sunset view! This area is perfect for Yoga! Basket with yoga mat, light weights and stretch bands.

Outside: Parking for 4 vehicles max. Charcoal grill, toys for kids, two outdoor showers, a fish cleaning station with water/sink, a picnic area, clothesline area, a 2-person kayak, two single kayaks and life preservers for kayaks for your enjoyment, a lily pad and floaties for the kids and more seating on the lighted boat dock.** Our apologies but due to insurance regulations the outdoor elevator is off limits to renters, do not at any time enter the elevator and keep children away at all times**

There are age-appropriate toys for children of all ages, games for the whole family, high speed WIFI, smart TVs, charging stations, and more. On the 2nd floor we have a command center near the kitchen which has house rules, local amenities, area attractions, menus and much more!
