"We had a wonderful time in an interesting place. POSITIVE: Plenty of space, plentiful hot water, first-rate shower-head, basic snack set up with frig, microwave, a big sink area (but with one sink out-of-commission), a comfortable bed, TV, and off-street parking. BUT: Almost nothing is new and you have to co-exist with some supplies like (a mountain of fresh) towels. "This apartment was perfect for my husbands surgery and hospital stay. We stayed here together the first night before his early morning check in and then i stay the nights he was in the hospital. It was a 10 minute walk from the door of the apartment to his hospital room on the 6th floor. Way quicker than it takes to park in the parking garage and i saved the 10 it costs too! All the amenities of home! Comfortable, affordable, and cozy! They were so accomodating and even let me extend my stay....

"Check in process did not go well when we arrived. There was already someone staying there. Apparently someone was given the key code to our place when they should’ve been staying downstairs. Kind of scary to think that the same code was used in both locations."

"In addition to the excellent service received, I want to bring special attention to the restaurant on property. I enjoyed the best meal of my stay in Cleveland right inside of the hotel. During my stay in Cleveland, I dined at some amazing venues in downtown Cleveland. None of the venues served the upscaled quality I received at the hotel. The food was so great, I'd travel from Atlanta, Georgia back to Cleveland, Ohio just to eat at the Hotel Restaurant. "

"Excellent facility within a stunning architectural beauty! Building dates back to 1845 and the modernization is beautiful while still maintaining original features. Large spacious suites with vaulted ceilings and so very comfortable. Close to Progressive Field and many other amenities/locations. Not very far from the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame...good walk or quick Uber/drive. Would definitely go back to this hotel!"

"Walking distance to Rock Haul of Fame. Beautiful building appointed with marble everywhere. A masterpiece property. Great staff. Room was exceptional too. Includes great breakfast buffet, three drinks per person and a dinner buffet. Great value. Has it all. #1 as the best of the best."

"This property was great! Location is convenient to Playhouse Square and other Cleveland sites. Bars and restaurants are close by. The staff at the hotel are very helpful.
