「First and foremost, kudos to the front desk staff, and in particular, "April". Even before I stepped foot into the building, she had tried to rectify a big issue that I had with Expedia and my reservation. Although it could not be resolved, her efforts made me feel good.
My room was fantastic along with the rest of my stay.」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」
