"Stayed in January during a cold week.
The room was a bit dated but warm, very clean and comfortable. Everything from soap to robes provided, including a tub and safe.
Entire all-male staff is fabulous. Very helpful, polite and personable.
Breakfast is provided, varied and good. Breakfast room was comfortable and not cramped. Wish they had close captioning on TV.
Hotel is in convenient location to major sites, restaurants, and bus on Kennedy Drive.
Stayed a week and never a problem but me forgetting my wallet in safe. They texted before I got to far away and it was at the desk for quick retrieval.

"I’m a very careful traveler—sometimes to an exhausting level—which means I research everything thoroughly. Save yourself the time—just stay here if you care about safety, cleanliness, a perfect breakfast, including strong coffee to kick off your day, and an unbeatable location. Especially for your 1st visit to Istanbul.
I’m a solo female traveler and felt completely safe. Guests ranged from solo travelers to elderly/young couples, from around the world. My flight was delayed, and I arrived at 1 a.m., and was greeted by two smiling staff members. The rooms feel secure, and the chain lock on the door was a rare feature among the hotels I researched.
The staff are professional, kind, and respectful. Unlike some places I’ve visited, they don’t linger waiting for tips—but they definitely deserve them. They will also carry your luggage to and from your room.
Room & Bathroom
The room was spacious for two and could comfortably fit three. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was spotless—smelled and looked clean at all times. The bathroom is small (typical for an old-city European hotel) but clean, with plenty of hot water, slippers, plush towels, and complimentary bottled water. The minibar has drinks for purchase.
Heating & Cooling
Heating and cooling require the key card in the slot, which is common in many hotels. I forgot this once due to jet lag, but the front desk fixed it instantly.
Breakfast
Breakfast had great variety and was perfect for long days of walking. I sta"
"The front of house staff which were available to support 24hours, were very friendly and helpful - excellent customer service.
The room was spacious, clean and kept to a high modern standard. The room has a mini bar, with alcoholic (beers) and soft drinks.
The bed mattress was on the firm side but worked for me as I much prefer it.
The breakfast was also good, as a buffet type you get a choice between hot and cold food (or both).
The hotel is in a superb location only 6mins walk to Sultanahmet Square and at close proximity to restaurants and bars.
Public transport (tram) is also a few mins walk.
I would highly recommend."
