“网上订的海景房，到那才知道他根本没有海景房。个别员工服务态度也不怎么样。总之是糟糕的体验。。。。。。。。。”

“10月8日から10日まで2泊しました。 ミャンマーの祝日で時期が悪かったかもしれませんが、2晩共に深夜まで大音量で音楽を鳴らし続けられ眠れませんでした。 一般客の安眠を妨げる、気配りのないホテルです。 大口のお客様のためらしく、レストランでの食事も夜8時までしかできないそうで、フロントに苦情を言ったところ、サービスも謝罪もありませんでした。 静かにリゾートで過ごしたい場合には、他のホテルをお勧めします。”

“Everything was great, the cooperation of reception and staff. The food was very good and the value for food was good. The accommodation was only comfortable. The place lacked a gym and more attention to the pool. ”

“Guests must read the lengthy list of things the hotel does not/will not provide. Simple things like towels, room cleaning, these are all considered extras. No window screens so windows cannot be let open for breeze. Poor lighting on badly kept pathways. Parking impossible without 4WD. Not a good place for working travelers. Price is actually all anyplace in Ngwesaung is worth. They also need to insure they do not have a bedbug problem. Perfect for unwashed backpacker hippies on a budget.”

“First of all, the owner doesn’t speak English. When I checked in she didn’t expect I was coming. Then she asked me for money when I already paid online. There was not internet, no power daytime. No water sometime.”
