「房間很整潔，床很大很舒服，但我的房間並沒有窗戶。浴室的花灑水力夠大，也有熱水，但毛巾很舊，都有點變灰了。建議自己帶洗澡用品，他們只提供一種沖洗液，你不會想用來洗頭。有早餐提供，包括一杯黑咖啡／茶以及一個咖啡口味的Roti Bread。另外有免費專車往機場，每兩小時一班，員工都友善和樂於幫助客人。覺得以這個價錢來說這裡真的很不錯。」

「The location is good to me. Meals are good. Staff members are all very friendly. I had a very pleasant stay. Never-the-less, there is a light in the washroom which I don't know how to turn off. This did not bother me because I unscrewed the light bulb in the night. I unscrewed the light bulbs in the closet as well, because I found that these lights won't turn off even the door is closed. 「As far as airport hotel goes, this is the standard. I’ve been to other airport hotels in Jakarta, and they’re either, small, run down, gross or just feels like a prison room. For what you pay, this place is perfectly adequate. 」

「Traffic jam is very serious, hotel's pool is very nice. It has a good Italian restaurant and also nice traditional food, too. If they have shuttle bus to the shopping centre will be more convenience.」
