“After 4 days riding a motorcycle around Northern Vietnam this hotel was extremely comfortable. Comfortable bed, never ending hot water, the food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I asked for a sauna & massage, I tried telling the girls i wanted the sauna first but they had no interest in figuring out what i was saying and then my hour long massage only lasted about 40 minutes and was still charged full price. So if i had it to do over I'd stay at same……

“We had a great stay here. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent, except that the coffee was not hot. I am not sure why. We stayed three nights and the coffee were never hot in the morning. We really enjoyed the area the hotel is in. During the weekend the street in front of the hotel becomes part of the city's night market and entertainment. It's not a big gathering, but enough to gave us some cultural experiences. The hotel is also in walking distances to restaurants……
