Top floor was quiet even though next to busy roads, great location for town centre just away from the busy areas. Need to tone down the use of air freshener as it was POTENT and room need ventilating because of it on arrival.

Well located hotel with all the services you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options 10 minutes by bus to the railway station

Very comfortable stay.

Located very close to town centre on bus route. Excellent room and shower room, very good lighting including a night light. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet kept well topped up even when busy. Only one lift which is in high demand at busy times. Good onsite parking but limited availability. Extra cost 19 Euros per day which isnt bad for Baden Baden.

This hotel was right by a bus stop that took you to Baden-baden central station. Nice modern room with a fantastic breakfast! Close to the Caracalla spa and all the little shops and restaurants.

The staff were friendly and polite, the hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and well equipped but the air conditioning was broken but the hotel did provide a tower fan to try to keep the room cool. The evening menu is limited but at least there was a bar with some hot food. Good tip! If you’re going out to eat make sure you make a reservation as we tried several different restaurants and they were all fully booked.

We stayed one night as we had an early morning flight from Karlsruhe airport. Bus transfer is needed from the train station to the hotel and to the airport but there are plenty of buses. The hotel was about 10 minutes walk from town centre and an ideal location for us.
