“Great home away from home, near enough to town but with all the feel of a cozy cabin away. The hosts are amazing, good communication and helpful with every part of the stay. We definitely appreciated all the notes, recommendations, and the "starter kit" groceries. We would definitely stay again!!”

“This place is a gem! Loved it. Very comfortable. We did light cooking and the kitchen had all the stuff we needed including plastic dishes for kids. I like how there were condiments in the fridge! It had a nice deck and was in a typical Alaska neighborhood that we enjoyed walking around in. The bathroom had lots of nice fluffy towels. The beds were comfortable. Two TVs. My spouse travels to Fairbanks for work and hopes to stay there again some day! Overall a great stay and appreciate Elizabeth……

Stayed with my two kids and really appreciate the oversized recliners, huge TV, board games and the attention to small details (couch blanket, tissue boxes, laundry baskets, etc.). Beds were very comfortable with ample outlets for charging. Kitchen was stocked with snacks, hot chocolate and coffee. Ben was prompt with his communication and very accommodating. Great location, short walk to the river, downtown and visitor center. Could see the northern lights from the……

“This property was perfect and close enough location to the airport and spot on with the rental description! It was clean, well stocked, and easy to find! Great location for short daily trips to Chena Hot Springs, Santa Claus House, downtown Fairbanks, Paws for Adventure, and Chena Lakes. What a perfect view to catch the Aurora Borealis by the front view of the house!! The house is exactly like we expected, clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Quick response and great communication by the owner……

“One of the cleanest VRBO we have ever set foot in. Very large and roomy. Huge TV, nice kitchen, convenient location, quiet and comfortable. We walked to Fred Meyer for groceries, to Brewsters for dinner, Big Rays for gloves and hats and to our friends house. Very comfortable bed. The unit has its own driveway which was super convenient. We used the washer and dryer so we came home with clean clothes. I highly recommend this property.”

“We loved having a secure garage to pull into with our SUV. It was a tiny bit snug- single doors, and we just fit into the side with the washer/dryer, but it fit our needs perfectly. The space had every amenity we could think of/ask for. Very cozy, secure, quiet place to rest. We'll book again!”

The kitchen was small, but we were ok with it. The natural light in the upstair bedrooms and sun porch was pleasant. The beds were comfortable.”

The home is absolutely stunning and exactly what the pictures look like. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee and other items that made our stay so comfortable. We saw two moose in the morning across the river between 5-6am, beaver, and many birds daily. I highly recommend this home.”
