“The picture is from the side, so when we drove up it looked a little different. There was not a lot of parking but only had one car. The inside made up for it. It was very clean. Well stocked for what we needed.Very quiet. Had no issues. I would certainly stay again. Host lived downstairs but really didn’t need anything else from him. He was very helpful.”

“This was the perfect location for visiting Fairbanks attractions. Exactly what we needed for our pre cruise tour stay. The hosts were very communicative. The house was clean, easy to find, parking was ideal. The bathroom and shower were clean. The water pressure perfect. Plenty of towels. Highly recommend!!”

Very good location. Place to park car. Everything you will need (restaurant, Walmart, etc is a short drive). Loved it.”

“Kitchen was sorely lacking in supplies. Was supposed to have 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen and the other with a queen and a twin. There was no hot tub which is why I booked this place. The owner said it was a miscommunication. But his listing is misleading. There were no hangers or dressers for us to put our clothes in. This property wasn't close to anything. There were no smoke detectors and there was black mold. I will not use VRBO again if this is the kind of properties you let list.”

“We weren’t expecting luxury…it was a good price for a humble place to lay our heads for a couple nights. But the toilet needed to be flushed when we arrived and simple things weren’t provided - there was a coffee pot but no filters, we had to buy our own toilet paper because less than a full roll had been provided. When we needed other supplies, and requested help thru the apps the owner never responded.The internet worked fine and there were room darkening curtains, which we really appreciated.……

“This rental is immaculate and had every single item we could need. Beds are comfortable and well made with white bedding, something I always look for before booking. Very good and immaculate towels in the bathroom which is good sized and has all you need already out and ready. Kitchen was again immaculate and very well appointed. We enjoyed our time there. The numerical door lock was difficult to learn for us. On the third day we finally figured it out. Perhaps a discrete note next to it? We……
