“The room was excellent clean , very friendly and helpful staff. The person at the reception when we checked in at 3 am in the morning was really helpful . It was great experience overall.”

“The room key are not working everyday, i need to get down to the lobby and make it work. Location is just in the cross of high ways so the traffic is really really bad, i wouldnt choose this hotel again”

“Our stay in Room 205 was quite average due to recurring maintenance and service shortcomings. The provided remote did not match the AC unit, so every time we needed it turned on, we had to call reception or manually reach the button on the ceiling. The Gym was okay they provided towel but the pool was not supervised and kids were eating inside the pool. Housekeeping was equally disappointing: despite asking repeatedly, our bed sheets were not changed once throughout our six-day stay. The room……

“The Hotel is a nice place to stay, not much around there, but a 15 minute walk takes you to a main st ,which has a couple of restaurants with Turkish food, about 30$ aud for 2 of us being conservative.”

“Oda güzeldi. Personel iyiydi. Sadece kahvaltı ücreti bu fiyata dahil olmalıydı. Kahvaltı kesinlikle o kadar paraya değmedi. Ben zaten açık büfe sevmiyorum. Arkadaşım istedi diye otelde yedik. Bence yazık oldu.”

“房間空間很大，床很舒服，大廳服務生親切，只是附近餐廳較少”

“I made a reservation 7 days in advance, but the hotel said they hadn’t received it, and the front desk staff didn’t provide any help, so I contacted hotel.com by myself.”

“Tam bir fiyasko ilk defa böyle plansiz biyerle karsilastim 4 cocugum ve esimle beraber kiraladim cocuklarimin yaslarini belirtmeme ve büyük 135 m2 yer kiraladim parasini haftalar önceden ödedim .2500 km yoldan geliyorum resmen resarvasyonumun olmadigini söyledi!!!”

“Place strategic and calm”

“For a family this was perfect. The place is 5 min walk from 212 outlet mall and a small taxi ride from Istanbul mall. Kitchen was useful and kids loved the pool it was accessible every day for families except Tuesday and thousands from 11 to 4pm for ladies only. We also had access tot the gym. It has a small supermarket just under the apartment which was super useful. We stayed 4 days. Reception staff were useful especially with booking taxis and directions.”

“Great experience ! Miss Birsen very friendly ! ”
