"Great location, comfortable room despite its small size. The shower was awesome. The staff were helpful and enthusiastic. Sad that smoking is allowed but that cannot be helped. All in all a great place to stay."

"You get what u r paying for. Cheap accommodation, 5 minutes away from the subway. Super small rooms, but ok for me because I was in Barcelona to visit the city, not to watch TV in the hotel room!"

"Everyone is complaining about the air conditioning but it doesn’t seem like they’re doing anything about it. The location is great, good access to public transportation and shopping nearby. They should include a pressing iron/table in the rooms, provide colored trash bags for waste separation and paper cups in the gym. They should also let the online public know whenever the pool is out of access as is the case now. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT, include a WhatsApp number to be reached at check in, given how many complaints there’ve been about their machine check in process. Overall I got value for money."

"The Hotel was very nice and situated in the heart of the town. The property was well landscaped with many features. The spa was beautiful and very relaxing. The staff were helpful, especially Martha. She made the stay and extended stays easy. Great customer support. The dinning facilities were also excellent with great food. "Holiday Express is very wonderful hotel especially the front desk assicate is so wonderful and helpful! Entry place has luggage cart that is very helpful!
