"I did not want to leave, even after seven days. It might be nice to have more english t v channels. Since fifty percent of the business seems to be english that may be something to look into. Other than that I would give it 6 stars. Alliana is wonderful!!"

"Old world charm done right. At El Casco Art Hotel, we were surrounded by paintings; sculptures and furniture that offered a sensory delight. The staff were exceptional, catering to all our needs. You know when professional feels cold and perfunctory, this was the opposite. The staff of El Casco were warm and helpful, leaving no stone unturned in making our experience unforgetable. From the turndown service to the play list at breakfast (I may have boogied a time or two), we felt welcomed and pampered. Shout out to Giancarlo, Tomas and Juan. We highly recommend this hotel."
