The house and communication with Kate was excellent. The home in located in the woods and gives a lot of privacy. The surrounding property has room for multiple cars and kids to play. The reason for the 4 star rating is that the mattresses in two rooms were very soft and need to be replaced. I left my fitbit in the bathroom drawer and Kate kindly mailed it back to me.

Owner very responsive. House great for our family of 7. Central location made for easy and quick access to everything on the peninsula and in a quieter area.

We loved the firepit, deck and yard. The accommodations inside while not a deal breaker were not up to normal VRBO standards. No shampoo or showering soap in the bathrooms. Limited silverware etc. Location is great.
