「Definitely a unique place. The staff was great. What wasn’t cool was that after 4 pm, no staff was there to help with a minor issue. It wasn’t cool that when I checked out early there was no one to help with the luggage. Two flights of stairs is a challenge, thankfully when staff is there they can bring it up with their service elevator. Overall, I would return as long as my situation allowed me more time.」
