Awesome home in Hreljin with sauna

The lovingly furnished Villa Leticia, with beautiful sea views on one side and the mountains on the other, can accommodate up to 9 people and offers everything you need for an ideal summer holiday.

The fully air-conditioned house consists of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a separate toilet, a kitchen with dining area, a living room and a luxuriously decorated outdoor area. All bathrooms have underfloor heating. The space is spread over two floors, the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor with access to the pool and terrace consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, cosy living room, bathroom, sauna and small fitness room. From the living room, kitchen and gym you have direct access to the pool with sea views.

The first floor is accessible via an internal and external staircase. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two balconies overlooking the sea. Each room has its own safe, satellite TV and air conditioning and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a TV with satellite reception in the living room and the fitness room.

The outdoor area consists of a children's playground behind the house, a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a beautiful pool overlooking the sea. The summer kitchen and charcoal barbecue are available for preparing home-cooked meals to enjoy with the family on the covered terrace with stunning sea views. The pool is heated with solar energy, so you can use it even in cooler temperatures. The whole house has Wi-Fi and a secure car park. Although the place is quiet, several tourist centres are not far away. The first major city (Rijeka) is only 17 kilometres away and Rijeka Airport is only 14 kilometres from the villa.

The beautiful Mediterranean town of Crikvenica is only a short drive away. Crikvenica is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia, where you can find beautiful sandy beaches, lovely promenades and friendly people as well as many attractions such as aquariums, adrenaline parks, etc. If you feel like sightseeing, explore the nearby islands such as Krka, Rab and Loinj.
