It was a very nice and pleasant stay. Definitely the quality was above my expectations. The stay in the hotel was pleasant and staff was very helpful. I like the room design. The breakfast was very good with a large choice of food

Great place to stay and value for money

I liked the most the excellent and dedicated service of the conciergerie-staff who did their best to find good restaurants in Baku which offer vegetarian food.

Reasonable hotel but poor location

Arrived in the middle of the night and didn't see the location- on a busy road in the suburbs, unfinished road to the rear. I didn't see or use the gym and pool. In general things look a bit dated. The rooms and bathrooms were ok but they didn't service my room. The breakfast was either very 'local' or strange as I just couldn't work it out. Among the offerings were cold chips, powdered juices but no coffee. The daytime staff were very helpful, but it's a little too far out for Baku's main sites
