"They have one receptionist a women light Long hair She is so agressiv and talks Down to you like you are stupid. I tried to talk with her but she don’t listen to me and don’t Care, and is just not a nice person. Watch out for her."

"The staff were very accommodating. Although the room was spotless it was tired and a bit basic for the price. "

"Well received by reception team. Room was very basic, but adequate. I would have liked to see at least a kettle and some complimentary coffee and tea. There was a good breakfast selection and by far the best gym facilities of any hotel I have stayed at before. "

"Nice house with plenty of room and kept warm, and nicely decorated for Christmas. We had a lovely week exploring the local area and Copenhagen. Our visit however was spoiled at the end by being accused of 'damaging beyond repair' an outside shower which we had neither seen nor used."

"Room was extremely dusty with no appliances like a simple kettle.Also the main light was dim which was annoying."

"Great spot for commuting into Copenhagen. Very clean, very quiet and good kitchen. Beds were comfortable and check in and out were smooth thanks to Monica. Highly recommended."
