“We had an amazing time,the surroundings are just incredible,so beautiful and peaceful.My family really enjoyed the barn and we played board games,lit a fire which was fabulous.The option to BBQ also.We had such fun.Our huts were just gorgeous,everything was spotlessly clean,the bed was so comfortable and the bedding was to a very high standard.We took a stroll through the meadow and had a turn in the paddle boat on the the water on the grounds,so much fun.The hosts really take great care of this……

“This place is fun. Right next to the pub where we met the host and enjoyed a pint or two. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. We even had a piano on our patio! Good place to rest for an evening.”

“Great little locally owned place. The food was good. The pub was great. Friendly locals gathered as well as fellow travelers. Had a great time and really enjoyed staying at the hotel so much, we decided to stay another night. The staff was also very accommodating where they could be, although we did have a few issues. We had some trouble with no heat in our room the first night. The staff was quick to respond to turn it on that evening; however, it didn't get/stay on, so it never warmed up, and……

“The room was very comfortable and cleanss well as quiet. Staff was wonderful, friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend staying at this property.”

“As there isn’t on-site parking, we worried about where to put the car. No problem at all - directly across the small road and next to the hotel are parking places, and the hotel validates the parking (it is free to you, the guest). The room we stayed in was a good size, had a great bathroom and shower, and a comfortable bed. There were sufficient outlets to recharge phones, run a laptop, etc. The restaurant downstairs for dinner served a good variety of delicious food. The breakfast was in a……

“Lovely spot with a nice walk along the river. If you’re into nature and small towns this spot is fantastic.”

“The hotel is older and could use updating. Landscaping appears to be overgrown in some areas. Outside our window was an old grocery cart and a piece of fencing. Not sure why it was there. Parking was limited and there was no air conditioning. Showers were very small.”
