「A truly wonderful find! Quiet, convenient, clean well appointed cottage, with attentive, friendly hosts. Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. A great haven for peaceful outdoor pursuits or just getting away from it all. Will happily stay again! 」

「This was a little tougher than expected. However it was altogether nice. More like renting a resort cottage. Would be great for young couples or groups of friends. Lots of little extras having a full kitchen and laundry. Shower not really an option. Local area very quiet. This also meant few options for pubs or restaurants except the local grocer. Slept well with the windows open and enjoyed magnificent views of the mournes and water.」

「Unfortunately I cannot post photos of the property but where to begin. When we arrived we were greeted with full bins and rubbish on the floor which we were told to pick up. The outside furniture is in a horrible state that I wouldn’t even let the kids sit on with the rust. The oven was in a disgusting state and the fridge door was broken.
