"Super disappointed with our stay. We booked two 2-bedroom suites and when we arrived, nothing was ready for us. We had to remove all of the dishes out of the dishwasher and the suites were undone. The bathrooms had mold and cockroaches. We called front desk a thousand times but nobody picked up… ..."
