"Biggest complaint is towards Hotels.com way of dealing with reservations - they do not provide direct number to call. It is an old apartment building that remind of communal apartments back in 60ies in Soviet time and there are NO mention of River apartments on outside of building or anywhere inside if you get past door lock with a code. Only way to reach owners and get instruction on how to get into building and get keys is by calling a Hotels.com number - in USA. I after getting really upset...

"I had searched for a property that would accommodate 10 adults and 4 kids in a quiet family friendly neighborhood close to Palanga. This property was amazing and property manager Mindaugas was just wonderful. This property fit all of us very comfortably and we still had more area that we didn't even use. We used taxi service to get to Palanga which was only 10 euros ( we did not want to try and worry about finding parking). I highly recommend this property and will be staying here in the future...

"This is a private apartment. There is no service or information given, just keys. The telephone number didn’t work but luckily the man appeared. It is very large with two bedrooms and a living room. So very good value from that point of view. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Big modern TV. Basic kitchen with just two rings on the hop. Old fridge and other stuff. Internal bedroom doors don’t close. Parking is tight. Location is very good. Overall good on size and location but not so good on...

"The area is good and safe. The apartment is ok, but the bed was old and the mattress was terrible. Couldn't sleep for 2 nights."

"The location was great. Very spacious and comfortable place. Check-in, we weren’t told we had to get to the apartment from the canal side or that it was top floor by stairs only. We were helped by a lady who lived on the other side apartments to find our block. The microwave was broken. We ran out of toilet paper and no replacements and there were hairs still in the shower drain. The towels were also damp and musty. Not many implements to cook with, so glad we only had 1 night. "We went to palanga called a hoat that we are near appartments and he cancelled the booking laat minute and we were left in palanga with nowhere to live"
