「There's several gates to get to Box 3, which makes it a little daunting to get through when you're coming back from a long day. I wish it had been noted that there was no central heat or air. The space heaters tripped the circuit breaker our first night, but they were quick to address it and comped us a day for the hassle, which was very considerate. The tight, steep spiral staircase was a bit challenging for our luggage. Another thing worth mentioning is that the refrigerator is very small,...

「It was a great experience overall. The kids loved that it was a working ranch and there were animals all round the place. Had everything we needed. I do wish there had been some curtain on the windows, though!」

「Wonderful large open home in the country with a beautiful view. Perfect for a large family. Very large fenced yard front and back. Don’t have to worry about the little ones roaming off! An unexpected bonus was arrowhead hunting. There is flint everywhere. Definitely would book again!」

「The house was great. I just wish that the living room ceiling fans had a switch/pull to leave the fan on but turn the light off. Also, beware of the scorpions! Since the area is so dry, they are out more.」

「Perfect location for our son's wedding in CenterPoint, TX. Plenty of room for family, friends, and grooms' men to gather prior to the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. You must eat at Toucan Jim's. Food and atmosphere are fantastic especially the fish tacos and the fried shrimp. One of the best places we hace every stayed!」

「This stay was amazing. So quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting outside in the cool hill country weather. Loved that there are cows with new calves running around. Also enjoyed the morning wake up by the rooster on property. This property was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this little piece of heaven to anyone.」

「Absolutely gorgeous country decor and the house and properly are beautiful! The porch is large with fans and lighting to relax outdoors. The beds are a little high if you are short or have mobility issues. The bar is a great place to relax and listen to the cows moo! I will definitely be back!」
