"Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub,allerdings war es nicht so sauber. Wir hatten die Reinigung zum Abschluss selbst getätigt und uns wurde zur Belohnung noch 70 Euro berechnet absolute Frechheit.Novasol als Anbieter wird für und nicht wieder in Frage kommen."

"- Wir haben das Ferienhaus nicht in einem sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. - Überall stehen Sachen rum und in den Schränken, dass kaum Abstellflächen vorhanden sind. - Die Fenster sind teilweise sehr schmutzig. - Es sind so viele riesige Spinnen in den Fensterrahmen, dass man manche Fenster nicht öffnen ..."
