"I really enjoyed the staff and they were super helpful. The price was good as well. I had a great time doing their 12 step challenge, and if others have time/days to do it, they should because it will allow travelers to get to know other travelers or even the staff."

"Stayed there for only for a short time before catching an early flight. There are two locations and I showed up to the wrong location from my booking but they were extremely helpful by changing my reservation and providing a shuttle to the airport early in the morning. The receptionist was very kind, quirky, and helpful. "

"We had the family suite for three days. It was clean and despite being in the centre of China Town, it was quiet. Very friendly staff. We can recommend the hostel. "

"The room was spacious enough and clean enough. The location is good, in the very heart of Chinatown. The staff is courteous. They have a laundry and a common room where one can work at one's laptop and have some food and a coffee"

Siam Mandarina Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel (Free Shuttle)
10/10 Excellent
"If youโre looking for a warm, stress-free stay near Bangkok airport, I canโt recommend Siam Mandarina Hotel enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home โ incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful in every interaction.
A special thank you to the manager, Korn, who went above and beyond. He always knew when we were coming and going, made sure our room was ready, and we never had to wait for anything. That level of care is rare and meant so much after long travel days.
The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. Honestly, some of the most comfortable beds weโve had anywhere in Thailand! Itโs also incredibly convenient to the airport, which made our travel days so much easier.
One of the biggest highlights: they safely held our bags while we traveled around Thailand, so we could move freely without carrying everything with us. That kind of thoughtful service made a huge difference.
Truly a wonderful, homey place with people who genuinely care. Weโre so grateful for the experience and would stay again in a heartbeat."
"The Landmark Hotel in Bangkok (Sukhumvit Road) gives out an air of luxury and opulence with five star service from all the staff, from the check in staff, bar staff and porters and room service. The lobby is vast and welcoming, and I was also allowed to check in early following a short wait whilst they get the room ready. They offer a complimentary welcome drink in the bar next to the lobby, and the seats were very comfortable. I had chosen a corner room which was spacious with great views of the city. They had all the usual amenities in the room such as air conditioning, minibar, toiletries and even stationary and adaptable multifunction electric sockets.
They have a limousine service to and from the airport but I did not use it, as the hotel is close to the Nana Skytrain station which connects to Phaya Thai station and from there directly to the main international airport by train, total journey time about 50 minutes.
The hotel is about a 10-15 minutes walk to major shopping centres like Siam, MBK and Central World, and all tourist attractions are easily accessible by Skytrain or public transport. The Grab app is worth having on your phone as it is the Thai equivalent of Uber.
It was a memorable 6 day stay enjoying the hotel location and facilities, and five star service with a smile from all the staff. I look forward to returning."
"Room is nice and had a great view from the 18th floor however you will hear the noise from the bar late into the night from above. Breakfast was great and club lounge was worth it. The area of the hotel is near transportation, shopping, massage and the red light district. One free drink per person was explained away as the welcome juice they provided on check in. Otherwise a nice stay."
